The monthly service fee includes hosting, an SSL certificate, ongoing maintenance, and support to keep your website up-to-date and functioning properly. This includes content updates, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and compatibility with current web standards and technologies.

What platform will my new site be built on?
All sites are built on a proprietary website-building platform designed specifically for small business websites. We use Rackspace and AWS to provide reliable, rock-solid hosting, and all of our sites include an SSL certificate and are loaded on a 256-bit encrypted HTTPS connection for added security.

Will my new website look good on smartphones?
Yes. Our website maintenance and support help keep your site functioning properly, addressing issues that may arise. Your website will be responsive, automatically adapting to fit the screen size of any device, from desktops to smartphones to your car’s dash. Three-tiered monthly plans are available to meet your specific needs.

Do you offer SEO optimization?
Yes. SEO optimization is available to improve your website's visibility and ranking in search engine results. This includes optimizing your website's content and structure to help improve its search performance.

Can I use my domain from my previous site?
Yes. You can generally use your existing domain as long as you still own it. Depending on your current hosting provider, there may be a process or fee to transfer your domain to your new website. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Do you work with businesses outside of Houston?
Yes. While our firm is located in Houston, we happily work with clients all over the globe. Communication can be handled by phone, email, or a virtual meeting when needed.
